What to know before you book

How much does a paint party cost?

Every quote is custom -- there is no flat per-person rate. Four things shape your price:

  • Experience type -- fine art on canvas, glow paint, denim upcycling, jewelry making, and others each carry different supply costs.
  • Guest count -- more guests means more supplies, more setup time, and sometimes an additional instructor.
  • Location -- travel distance within our service area is factored in. Orange County, LA County, the Inland Empire, and Big Bear are all standard.
  • Custom design -- if you want a painting created specifically for your event, there is a design fee for that work.

How long does it take to get a response?

We review every inquiry and respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and send a custom quote. Dates are not held until a deposit is received.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to hold your date. Once your inquiry is reviewed and availability is confirmed, we will send a quote and deposit instructions. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and larger events at country clubs or corporate venues. Popular dates fill quickly so earlier is better.

Do you come to us or do we come to you?

We come to you. Paint and Sip SoCal is fully mobile. We travel to your venue anywhere in Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, and Big Bear. We handle all setup and breakdown on site -- you just enjoy the event.
