Paint and Sip SoCal is a sole proprietorship operating under TamsArt, run by Tamara Jean out of Southern California. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Paint and Sip SoCal. Our website is paintandsipsocal.com.
We are a small mobile art instruction business. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
2. Information you give us directly
When you fill out our booking form or our contact form, you choose to share the following with us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Your event details, including date, location, guest count, and any notes you add
- Any message content you write in the form
We only use this information to respond to your inquiry, send you a quote, coordinate your event, and follow up afterward.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, certain information gets collected in the background. This is standard for most websites and helps us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics

- Cloudflare

- Google Fonts
- We load typefaces from Google's font service. When the fonts load, Google may log your IP address. Google's font privacy notes are at developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

- Remember basic preferences during your visit

- Keep the site fast and secure through Cloudflare

- Coordinate logistics for your event
- Follow up after your event to make sure everything went well
- Send transactional emails through Resend, our email delivery service, from notifications@paintandsipsocal.com

We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. We do not share your contact information with other businesses for their marketing.
6. Who we share information with
The only parties that ever see your information are:
- The Paint and Sip SoCal team, meaning Tamara Jean and Corissa Jade
- Service providers we rely on to operate the site, including Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for transactional email
- Law enforcement, if we are legally required to share information in response to a valid request
We never sell, rent, or trade your data.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your booking and contact records for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period after for our records and any follow-up needs. If you want us to delete your information sooner, just ask through the contact form and we will take care of it.
8. How we protect your information
The site runs on Cloudflare with full SSL encryption, TLS 1.3, bot protection, and other standard security measures. Booking and contact data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with access limited to the site owner. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously.
9. Your rights under California law
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you certain rights about your personal information:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected about you
- The right to request that we delete your personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information, though we do not sell it anyway
- The right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, send us a request through our contact form and tell us which right you want to use. We will respond within 45 days.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults, though we do host kids' paint parties booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the version number at the top of the page will change. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
